At Emira Vape Dubai, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to deliver only the best products, we understand that issues may arise. Our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, simple, and transparent.
Returns
We accept returns only for unused, unopened products. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with no signs of use or damage.
- Opened or used products will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Once approved, you may choose between:
- A replacement (delivery fee applies)
- A store credit for future purchases
⚠️ No returns accepted for consumables like e-liquids, disposable vapes, coils, pods, or other perishable items — unless the item is defective out of the box.
Refunds
Since we only offer Cash on Delivery, refunds are handled via store credit or bank transfer, depending on the situation.
To request a refund:
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp.
- Provide:
- Order number
- Full name and contact
- Reason for refund (with photos or video evidence, if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or store credit will be processed.
❗ Refunds exclude shipping fees (both directions) and any applicable bank charges.
Note: If a customer refuses the order at delivery, it will be returned without refund or replacement.
Warranty Policy (7 Days)
Our products come with a 7-day warranty from the date of delivery — covering manufacturer defects only.
If your item is defective:
- Contact us with photos or videos.
- Ship the product back at your cost.
- We’ll inspect and verify the issue.
- If the defect is covered, we’ll send a replacement at our cost.
What Our Warranty Does NOT Cover:
- E-liquids, pods, coils, disposable vapes, tanks, batteries, or chargers
- Damage due to drops, water, juice leaks, or misuse
- Issues like screen failure, charging port issues, or auto-firing
- Cosmetic defects, normal wear and tear, or modifications to the product
- Improper storage or use outside of manufacturer guidelines
- Leaking tanks, bent connectors, or stripped threads
